What should the customer know about your fees?
We offer a standard hourly rate and a holiday hourly rate. We do have a four hour minimum. Due to our rate structure, we are able to attract the best and most loyal staff members to provide superb service you deserve!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customers are required to complete a Staff Request Form for each event. It's a short questionnaire that allows us to collect vital information so that we can deliver a comprehensive quote. It also triggers our customers to contemplate all the services and products that we offer -- they are often surprised at our one stop shop!
What education and/or training do you have ?
Our owner and staff are required to complete the National Restaurant Association's ServSafe Alcohol - Responsible Alcohol Service Training and Certification Program. We offer 25+ years experience.
Are you servicing in-person events?
Due to COVID-19 we are not currently servicing in-person events. However, we have services that can be provided virtually. Some of these services include: Virtual Live Demo Events, Customized Cocktails, Event Consultation, Bar Consultation
